“The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. “The condo is in a great area. It is on the second floor, so you do have stairs to go up.We did bring our dog with us. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood and it was very clean.The condo is very pretty. It is beautifully decorated and very large. It is a very cozy and out of the way of noise. “The unit was clean. However, the listing includes a pull out sofa and a twin futon. Neither item is there. I contacted the owner. His response was for me to contact the on-site manager for a portable bed. She brought a brand new air mattress. All contact with property manager was good. The owner, however, did not apologize for the incorrect listing. ”
