“First impression driving into the parking lot it does not seem as fantastic a complex. Get up to your room and every detail is very clean, organized and well thought out. The best part is the location… our unit had the best view of the Mokuaikaua Church and go down to the parking garage, walk through the exit and you were right down in the middle of downtown Kona, where you cannot find parking it was amazing… ”

“We had the most amazing time at this home. Everyone room had an en-suite bath. The home was well equipped with everything you may need. The property is gorgeous and very private. Kevin is the owner of the property and lives nearby. I’m pretty sure he is a real life Angel! We had some issues with flight cancellations, car rental closed, and Kevin came to our rescue. We will definitely be back! ”

“We had a wonderful stay here! I was a little nervous about no AC but being up the mountain it was beautiful. When we lost power for a short time they immediately reached out to us to keep us informed. If I’m ever back on the big island again I will definitely stay here again. My nephew loved our friendly balcony geckos. ”

“My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac. The boathouse was an awesome apartment for my grandson. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was adequate.”

“My family of 5 stayed here for 14 days in July. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend it.I did a lot of research before booking, and the pictures and reviews of this rental are 100% accurate. When we arrived, we were greeted with the stunning view of the beach from the living room / lanai. Lindsay also started us off with a gift of Hawaiian coffee and chocolate macadamia nuts. “This house could not have been more perfect for our summer vacation for our family of 10. We all enjoyed the beautifully designed, very clean pool. Location was close to beach and other places we wanted to visit. Communication with owner was excellent -- we particularly appreciated the booklet sent to us before our trip that outlined fun things to do and places to see. “Our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the details like having beach equipment and a cooler available and night lights in the condo. The well equipped kitchen and washer dryer really helped our family for the logistics of life. We loved the beach access for the kiddos to play in the sand (not a swimming beach) and watch sunsets. The location was perfect and access to groceries and restaurants as well island activities. Mahalo for a great stay!”
