“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find.
The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Room well appointed and nicely laid out. Everything beautiful and clean.
We went to the restaurant as well, which was closing early due to the weather warnings. But they still offered to make us food, and let us know what we could have within the timeframe.
Would have loved to have had more time in restaurant/bar, as it looked so inviting.
Would definitely stay if out this way again.”

“We organised a one-night staycation and were unfortunately disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The couch was stained and overall cleanliness was terrible, the furniture felt outdated, and there was no dining table in the suite we booked. To make matters worse, the bathtub drainage wasn’t working properly, and the toilet flush button was also faulty.

“Loved our little staycation at the Cordis. Staff were super friendly and helpful from the front desk, the wait staff in 8 restaurant to the cleaners.
They took the time to include our daughter with a complimentary kids goodie bag and a fluffy when we ordered coffees.
Hotel pool was great. Both pool and the spa were ideal temperatures.
The breakfast buffet at 8 restaurant was fantastic. Had everything you could possibly want. We appreciated the fact that the cleaners came and tidied our room...
