“Quiet and serene. Nice place to unwind. The lodge definitely needs some remodel, very outdated. Electric stove only had 2 burners working. The cabin was advertised for 5 people but had only 4 sleeping spots. Additional mattress was provided upon request that had to be placed on the floor. The bathtub was clogged and water drained very slowly. Luckily, we only stayed 2 nights and we were willing to overlook all these minor inconveniences. “They do not have safes in the room! When I tried to reach out through front desk, house keeping and even room service there was “no” answer. That was disappointing! I came to enjoy the pool, food service and drinks. Everyone was hounding by the staff for bringing outside food or drinks. That was a turn off! There were families with kiddos! The food and bar didn’t open until 11am. We’re on vacation! I don’t want to be bothered eating some peanuts while I sip your drinks! It’s petty!”
