“There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth.”

“Friendly welcome. The room is clean and has everything you need, including a well appointed kitchenette. Close to the beach and lots of eating options nearby. Great, simple, basic motel for a reasonable price - can’t ask for more.”

“There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that.”

“Stayed overnight as close proximity to the GC Airport to catch an early flight which was approx 10mins easy walk. A nice welcome basket with lots of snacks - a very comfortable relaxing stay.”

“Great to arrive after hours on a wet night and find lights on in the room and the heater going. A very easy check-in process and instructions were clear and timely. A very comfortable room with everything we needed. We've stayed here a few times already as it's very convenient for the Gold Coast Airport. It's very difficult to fault.”
