“Super nice staff. I found this place after a paid booking was cancelled at another hotel. A little further out that I would like but it was worth it. I got to check out some local bars in Charlotte. A big shout out to Frank. He checked me in and the other staff was very friendly. If you want something clean, inexpensive and not a bad drive to MSU, check out this place.”

“Room was clean. Pool was closed and elevator was out of order. Check in and out was quick and easy”

Staff accogliente.Unica nota da rilevare: le finestre dovrebbero essere dotate di serrande oltre che di tende, per evitare di essere svegliati alle prime luci dell'alba.”

“There was no complementary coffee available this morning when I get ready to leave. I tried to buy coffee from the bistro and I could not use a credit card. They only took cash or a charge to your room and I’d already checked out. This is super inconvenient and furthermore due to the price of the room and a price of a cup of coffee. I think it’s reasonable to offer that complementary coffee.”

“The room was not clean and the staff was not rest Respect”

“The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time.”

“The breakfast wasn't that great”

“The room was clean. However, 2 of the containers were off the wall, laying on the counter. All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. The hotels' web site advertises a continental breakfast. Nope. In fact, when we stayed there in 2023, they said that they hadn't served the breakfast since covid. They need to update their website to reflectthat there is...

“Very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice and quiet area. Definitely recommend fo anyone wanting to stay in jackson”

“Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days.”

“Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. ”

“My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!”

“The room was not clean just surface wiped down. Room service never came in to empty trash or replenish towels. They do serve a continental breakfast.”

“Mi sono fermato solo per una notte. Motel gradevole, adiacente alla freeway sito all'inizio della cittadina di Jackson. Generalmente Motel come questi non hanno un ottima pulizia, invece la camera era pulita e la biancheria fresca e perfetta. Ottimo prezzo e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.”
