“Smashing location - nice accommodation, don't be put off by the somewhat weathered exterior of the building. Clean and comfortable room, OK breakfast, nice evening meal, though note that if you book dinner the drink they offer you is NOT included, which only became clear at checkout! Great location, competitive price, nice grounds. Dog friendly. Pleasant and helpful staff, though a very small team”

“Centrally situated near to all amenities. My single room was basic but comfortable enough, spotlessly cleaned every day and quiet. Breakfast (included) was plentiful and well cooked and presented. I recommend that you check the hot water on entry as when I checked in I wsinceas very tired after my journey and piled into bed.
