“We ended up in a different room on the second night, because of a heater issue. It was a just a bit loud. We didn’t complain and would have stayed there both nights. Staff called us and offered a different, bigger room, so we took it. Both rooms were perfect. Clean, updated. Parking was great, and the staff were amazing. ”

“Great property right by the end of the harbour. Walking distance to George Street and Jack Astors. Typical weather for our Saturday and no chef for our Saturday morning breakfast so we got 20% off for saturday night stay because no hot items for breakfast at the buffet. Pool was nice and warm. Nice clean facility with walk in shower and big bathroom. ”

“On checkout the staff member refused to give me, or even show me, the account for the restaurant/bar items that I had charged to my room, simply informing me that there were 5 items and that as I had booked my room through Expedia the account and receipt would come from them.
