“The property wad adequate but very basic”

“I didn’t like the motion sensor on the bathroom light/fan. Bed was up against the wall so hard for two people”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. I wasn’t expecting a kitchen in the room, but it proved to be very convenient. The only thing that I was disappointed in, was there wasn’t a charging station for my EV Hybrid vehicle.”

“We had a wonderful stay for one night in the Quidi Vidi room. Then we came back at the end of our trip for four nights and stayed in Port Royal room, and this one was much bigger with bigger bathroom. Both rooms were on the first floor. The manor was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of yogurt, muffins, cereal, as well as eggs freshly made with toasts and bacon or sausage. Juice, coffee, tea and milk. “It has a great vibe, old style Inn. It needs some upgrading though. Our room, double bed, was very small and felt stuffy. There was a window air conditioner that we had to run the whole time to feel any air circulation. The window didnt open to provide fresh air. This made it very loud for sleeping. “The hotel is new, clean, and provides convenient parking access. While some room amenities required maintenance during our stay, the staff addressed the issue promptly by providing replacements. However, the breakfast selection was limited and fell short of the standard typically expected from a Marriott-branded property. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay with responsive customer service.”

“Absolutely beautiful establishment with great service and awesome location. My one and only complaint is that the pool, hot tub and sauna area closed at 8 o’clock. Myself and my family couldn’t enjoy those amenities in the evening when it would’ve been most convenient. Otherwise, a great place!”

“Great stay. Petty Harbour room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the private bathroom with shower and Native brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was a definite highlight during which the owner Rob offered recommendations and advice on the local sites, stories, and jokes a plenty. Fantastic location. Would absolutely stay again.”

“The facility is rustic, has no elevator, and all rooms are on the 2nd floor so without staff helping take luggage to the room it would have been a challenge. This was evident upon checkout as there were no staff to help bring luggage down the stairs. The room and bathroom were clean, but the closet had a sign saying “Do not use due to water leak”. We did have a lovely meal in the attached restaurant and the staff were excellent!”
