“Fooled up our room, two trips to the front desk and ended up staying in a different room than we booked. ”

“Booked to take my grandkids swimming. Friday 15th til Saturday 16th. Pool wasn't open Friday. So we had a quick swim early Saturday am. This was my treat to then. Friday was boring for them so i opened my room door and let them play with a sponge ball in the corner. A staff member came told me they werent supervised, even though there mom was sat outside of our door I was on my phone we hadn't stay in the room all Friday. No pool. Like I promised. “We arrived late at night as such didn't get to see much of the property aside from our room. The room was clean, updated, and functional for our one-night stay. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. For a quick stay of one night or two in the area, this is a very reasonable and accessible stay.”
