“Janice was so friendly and helpful. When we mentioned that we were having trouble finding lobster for dinner she went out and bought a couple and cooked it for us. So nice! The room was a bit aged but quite clean. Lots of coffee available in the morning at front desk. Great location for the seafood fest that we were attending. Definitely would recommend!”

“A bit away from downtown but super nice hotel. Took about 20 minutes to walk downtown. Bistro and provided breakfast was great. Couldn’t get into the spa - Large room. Jetted tub.”

“Should not be near Hotel prices...shared washrooms down the hall that were far from clean...no TV in room or common area..parking was considerably far away..no tea or coffee cups at the so called continental breakfast...definitely will not be returning!!..not what was expected for the price...pay the little extra and get a hotel”

“We’re repeat guests and always choose Leaside! Bonavista and Trinity are our favourite suites because we love having direct outdoor access from the room. Breakfast is always delicious, and the staff have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate my spouse’s celiac disease. Everyone is friendly, the area is peaceful, and we always enjoy our stay!”

“Lovely location, right on the East Coast Trail. Easy to find. Sauna was wonderful. Room was great - cooking facilities were nice to reduce eating out costs. Could hear people in adjacent rooms (just everyday noises, they were not being particularly noisy/partying).”

“Great room with newer finishings and furniture. The hotel was clean and generally well maintained, however one of the two elevators was not in operation, so there was a small wait time to get to your floor.”
