“We happened to take 2 rooms ,one of which was awesomely maintained and was so pleasant however the other room n 5 th floor was not clean and had dirt in while entered the rest room nd hair hair all over the bath tub and the bedroom floor were not cleaned it had crumbs from previous stay i guess , also had a weird smell when we entered ,not happy with our 5th floor room, wish it was clean as it was advertised, food options also were very minimal considering the hub quite disappointing, also the...

“The overall hotel was clean and the staff was kind. Yet, I realized the comforter was stained on the day I was leaving, which was not noticeable because it was on side of the comforter that touches the mattress. I reported it and was told to email the manager because he/she was not present at the hotel.”
