“The hotel is an economy hotel, but was very acceptable for the price. I stayed 4 days. My room was small but comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hotel does not have an elevator. The breakfast was made by the person on duty at the time when I came down in the morning. Always scrambled eggs, arepa, small piece of white bread, and coffee. “Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! ”
