“The fire alarm went off 5 times between 9:30pm and 1am. Finally the fire department took the system out of use. No compensation at all”

The staff was so gracious, letting us spend all our time outside of the wake and services in the lobby together, talking, laughing, and crying. “The lady (Connie) at the front desk was very professional, polite and attentive. Also, you have to request that your room be cleaned daily. Some of the electrical outlets in our room didn’t work. Otherwise we had an exceptional noneventful 6 day hotel stay.”

“Staff and place really are excellent only issue we had last 2 nights we were there the person above us was extremely loud kept us up all night sounded like they were coming through the ceiling and there was a man that was a extended stay he smelled so bad we couldn't eat breakfast in the dining area people were gaging it was just terrible”

“The place was super run down and filthy, there were buckets all over to catch leaks from the ceiling!! I was approached several times by prostitutes seemed super unsafe but had to stay there for work and was past the refund time!! Would NEVER stay there again, stay far away!!”

“If we hadn’t shown up at 11pm we would have tried to find another hotel. The receptionist was very pleasant, but the hallway and room had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom tiles were broken and lose, the vanity sink was spidered, cracks in the wall and ceiling and just a lot of neglect to the room/property. We were thankful the sheets appeared to be clean and the a/c worked.”
