“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone greeted us warmly. But there was such a variety of smells. Room was well maintained and kept tidy. However building was humid, smelled of mold which I had an allergic reaction to, so poor sleep. The room gets so dark with just dim lamps. “Had a wonderful trip. Great relaxed place to stay!”

“I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and comfortable, property was well maintained and the front desk was helpful. An overall positive experience. Will choose Dietzel to stay next time.”

“Somebody’s underwear was sitting in the chair when we arrived. This was reported to Management in housekeeping immediately came remove removed it, and sanitize the chair. The windowblind that led to outside was 1/4 broken and required some manipulation to close and did not always stay close.”

“A beautiful cabin, nestled in hill country, with a picture perfect view of Enchanted Rock! A/C was quiet and cold. Cabin was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The daily deer was a special treat and a relaxing way to end the evening.”
