Non esiste servizio in camera e il concierge non er stato gentile per niente. Niente acqua in camera. Se la sua vuole costa 8 euro a bottiglia. Veramente pessima esperienza "

"Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."
