“Excellent room service, cleanliness, perfect balcony over the river. Bed is a bit hard, but ok. Very quiet. Lounge chair will not fit through balcony door, but ottoman will.”

“The location is fabulous...an easy walk to the Alamo and Riverwalk. The hotel's decor is great. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was good. I especially liked the fresh fruit cup.”

“Everything went well as usual!! This is my favorite hotel welhen we want to get out of our routine and we never get disappointed… at the reception Belinda was an incredible person, kind and helpful!! She’s an example of great great costumer service! I love the way she treated me when I arrived at the property starting with her smile and good manners… The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast and the people working there were amazing!! Please don’t forget to tip them! They’re all so nice...
