“I have stayed at this Holiday Inn twice while traveling this last week. The first time there was an issue with the cleanliness of the room and had to be switched to another. The room we had last night was in need of some general maintenance. There was a missing drawer front, a broken drawer, extremely loose toilet seat, and a shower that needed caulking. We often stay at a Holiday Inn Express and this one misses the mark.”

“The outside temperature was 45° and the room thermostat was set on cool not heat. The water backed up in the tub when I was taking a shower. Something you’d expect in a lower priced room.”
