“The hotel is very clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was very helpful and large parking for moving trucks available at no extra cost. Overall great quality/price ratio. ”

“Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us.”

“Was it clean, quiet, roach free, and have a hot shower? YES Was everything new and pristine? For the price if you were expecting that…go to the place down the way that’s double the rate. But it was great! The carpet in the hall needs replaced, some things needed updating but overall it is far better than I normally get for the price!! “This place is a dump.They should not even be on Expedia. 40 dollars a night is too much to pay for that crap try 10 dollars. Towels were dirty, room smelled like mildew. Roaches were crawling over everything. Only time I saw staff was when they checked me into this hell hole. I wished my money was refundable cause I deserved it back. Only reason I stayed because I couldn't get refunded. But I was miserable as long as I was there.”

“Room was clean with wi-fi & a new 55 inch smart TV. A new microwave and mini-fridge were also included. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. The shower had new, wall mounted dispensers for shampoo conditioner and body wash. Very friendly check-in lady/manager. Better than most of the motel chains at a great price.”

“The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. Room smelled musty, spa tub had brown growth or sediment on the vents. I stuck to showers only. Breakfast sausage was okay but eggs were prison-quality. On the plus side, property was very well lite. Also no room service on weekends.”
