Although I did have to come out to the desk during breakfast because there was no milk for the cereal. The kitchen staff member was actually out at the front desk talking to the desk clerk and immediately apologized saying," my bad! That's on me sir. I'll go get the milk right away!" He apologized at least four times and I told him once was enough!”
