“Overall pretty good, my kids loved the water park. Only downside was you have to request your room to get cleaned everyday, and my room wasn’t ready at the time we arrived which was supposed to be ready at 4pm. Will definitely recommend but they can do better in this area specially when you are paying 300 usd per night.”

“The front desk ladies who checked us in were very friendly and welcoming. We received welcome cookies which were yum. Enjoyed the variety of foods and Nikki from the food service made sure we had everything we needed. We had our granddaughter with us and she engaged with her in the dining room. ”

“I was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldn’t pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. Thank you all for what you do! ”
