Per l'affittuario più discreta che ama un po 'di lusso al tempo stesso l'esperienza spiaggia. Siamo orgogliosi della nostra cittadina e vogliamo che sia semplicemente "perfetto". Vogliamo che esperienza che grande sensazione si ottiene quando si cammina attraverso la porta d'ingresso. Questo nuove caratteristiche townhouse numerosi aggiornamenti tra cui elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, piani cucina al quarzo, ventilatori a soffitto in tutto, tv in ogni stanza, Cambridge Black Oak pavimenti in piastrelle, aggiornati moquette, illuminazione personalizzata, tutti i nuovi acaro della polvere / allergeni materassi prova, cavo / satellite, garage e parcheggio in strada, e molto altro ancora.

We came as a group of 7, spanning 3 generations from kids to elderly, for a short stay in Pismo. Kelly’s place was a spacious, comfortable and clean place to call home for a few nights for all of us. The home itself is beautifully decorated and inviting. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, cookware and anything else we needed (not always the case at previous vacation rentals we’ve stayed at) There were also chairs and other beach toys/supplies we could use in the garage. The location is convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. Kelly was always quick and kind to answer any questions I had and gave us lots of useful info on the area. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely look to stay here again if we get the chance to visit in the future! Thanks for hosting our family, Kelly!

We are a family of four with 2 teenagers. Great spaces for all of us, comfy beds, great decor, comfortable spaces without feeling over used. Very clean. Great location- easy walk to all the restaurants, but far enough away to not be in the crowds. Easy access without keys to keep track of. Very easy to communicate with owner. Spent time in SLO, Morrow Bay, Avila Beach and of course Pismo! We’ll be back for sure!

Our stay way wonderful bigger then the pictures shown pleasantly surprised, loved all the extras from linens and pillows beds were very comfortable our family really enjoyed every little bit of it . Roof top was beautiful to have morning breakfast or just to sit and relax .

As described in the listing, it is easy to get to within the city. Walkable to the beach, accessible to nearby amenities like Pismo Preserve, Avila Beach with the dog, and more. Nice garage makes for a "no-hassle" parking experience. Comfortable lounging for a long weekend!

Lots of room for a large family vacation.... very convenient - walking distance to everything. Owner was exceptionally responsive. We had an issue pop up unexpectedly and the owner offered numerous possible solutions right away. Overall a wonderful stay!

Beautiful house in a perfect location walking distance to the Pismo Pier in under 15 minutes. Parking was not an issue. Plenty of room inside the house and amenities were all included. Would definitely recommend!

We've rented this unit a few times now and it is by far our favorite place to stay at Pismo Beach. Not only is the location the best, the place is clean and stocked with everything we need and we can bring our dog too! The owner is friendly and responsive and provide a list of local activities to do.

We loved staying here. Short walk to downtown pier. So many amazing cafes and restaurants just within blocks. The home was clean, wonderfully decorated, and a great layout. We loved the rooftop patio and spent our sunsets up there. There was the perfect breeze for warm summer nights, and since the property was on a quiet street, it was so nice to be able to sleep with the windows open! We are looking forward to staying here again!

Our family travels quite a bit and this is by far one of the best properties we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The proximity to food, entertainment and things to do all walkable is hard to beat. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The townhouse is even larger than it seems in pictures and is absolutely beautiful and clean. Very spacious! The unit is stocked with everything you would ever need. The patio roof top deck has panoramic views of the Ocean and the Pismo Reserve mountains - so pretty. Kelly was wonderful to work with. The location is prime with plenty of parking and an easy short stroll to the beach shops. Cant wait to go back! I highly recommend this townhouse.

We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking our second car on the street, but that might not be true in the summer. Based on some of the other reviews, we were nervous about the internet since both my husband and I needed to call into work meetings, but we had absolutely no issues with the internet. The property owner was super responsive on email and provided a helpful list of things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Condo has everything you need, easy access to beach, food and shopping- well stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. Only issue was WiFi was spotty and would be nice to have laundry detergent and a few more garbage bags. Would stay here again when we come back.
