“The staff/owners of River Valley Inn are so incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful! I ended up having to check in much later than anticipated, but they made sure I had no issues getting access to my room. When I had issues with a key card malfunctioning due to the cold weather, once again the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a new working card immediately. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. I will stay here again!”

“The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”

“This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there.”

“Spotless, comfortable, quiet room. Front desk staff friendly, helpful and welcoming in a way that felt notable on two different stays even with very late night arrival. I don’t have an electric vehicle but they have several charging stations in their parking lot. My go to stay when visiting my daughter at Smith.”
