“parking was easy. ac/heater worked great”

“I booked seven rooms at the hotel for my family's surprise party for my wife. The day before check-in, I visited the hotel to request an earlier check-in time than the scheduled 4 pm. Thankfully, the front desk staff were very accommodating.”

“room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. However, breakfast sandwiches were very hard to chew as they were probably done in a microwave.”

“When we arrived the pool heater had been broke and was under repair. One of the reasons we chose to stay here for the kids to be able to swim. It would of been nice if we were contacted or notified ahead of time by management via email, text, anything that this was the situation. ”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“The breakfast "buffet" is not all that great for the price they charge. One guest said to me that she wanted her 3 kids to see the offerings before she spent $80 on BREAKFAST for her kids. Better to go to Mc D. and get big breakfast for $5!”

“I loved how the staff were genuinely attentive supportive, assisting, accommodating and I had a superb experience this is my second time there and all times has been an excellent experience . The breakfast is amazing!!!!you will enjoy your stay!!! ”

“Parking was easy, room was clean, lots of food nearby. The man who checked us in was very friendly, some of the other staff weren’t as friendly but no one was rude. ”

“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...
