“The room was large and had a full size refrigerator, small kitchenette. Very handy. The furniture needed updating as it had holes and stains.”

“Helpful front desk person, newly painted room with new floor. Effort being made. Troubled guests arguing. Bad bed with heavy plastic mattress cover. Pillow shams only - used by previous guests? Bad feeling, would not go back.”

“Could use a little more inspection on bedding cleanliness and not really any prepared hot breakfast. But, staff was friendly and overall value was good for what you paid for.”

“Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. ”

“It was one night stay , I reached around 10pm. process was easy and safe.”

“Ac did not work. Tye previous client left star pimple patches on the wall and the bathroom floor was caving in to the end that i though my sugar dropped enough to make me unsteady. Nope it was the 2 inch gap between the wall and toilet where it caved. No one cleaned or offered to the entire stay. We had 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 3 adults. When i checked out, no one asked how the stay was. He just took the key and said good bye. Pick somewhere else!”

“Anche se l'hotel è un po' datato, è tenuto molto bene e il soggiorno risulta perfetto, almeno per motivi di lavoro. Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione buona, nei dintorni c'è la possibilità di raggiungere negozi e ristoranti anche a piedi. Hotel consigliato.”
