“Check in was excellent friendly staff”

“The spa was relaxing with very courteous staff. My room was ready early for me to check-in and allowed me to get settled. Front desk staff awas also very friendly. Shuttle was readily avaliable and had a very courteous driver. Food at the bar was very good. Staff also very friendly and accommodating. ”

“The sheets were stained but the staff was super courteous and brought me a new change of sheets promptly. The room was otherwise clean and so was the bathroom. The customer service was great! ”

No complaints, they even allowed us to check out an hour late; pool is nice and warm, hot tub is haaat which we needed coming from Boston. We would stay there again.”

“We absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the nice welcome by Patrick, chats with staff in the lobby, great warm breakfast included, incredible room, to the fun, delicious and energetic and restaurant, this place is the tops. Our Block Island 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen had everything we needed, was tidy and provided comfortable beds and bedding. The view is great and the beach access convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!”
