“Tutto ok”

“To sum it all up, don’t do yourself the disservice of staying here and spend $50 more a night to stay somewhere that is clean and safe. As soon as we arrived, the motel was very sketchy. The front desk guy was outside smoking weed with some random person in a truck full of watermelons. For reference, we arrived around 9 pm on a Thursday. Our room was very musty and the AC was completely powered off. Luckily once letting it run for a few hours, the room started to feel like it was actually air...

“This place was disgusting I would not recommend anyone to stay there. We could not even shower there. Paid for three nights left the first night.”

“The picture was looking good but actual was not. Inside the Hotel was smelling awful and the room as well. They didn’t make my room at all. Went down the receptionist and she said the person who cleans the room was not showing up to work. Asked for the towels and they said you have to bring down the old towel in order get the new ones. It was terrible how the hotel ran the business as far as managing their staff. Not recommended for other to stay here unless have no other choices.”

“No small face towels available,, only received 1 for myself and none for my husband the entire weekend.”

“When we first arrived, we were told that we already checked in hours before our reservations was made. First, there was no record of our reservation… then after looking it up by number they said we were already checked into a room at 1:30pm… we didn’t even book the room until 7pm. Computer issue, maybe? We get a room on the first floor, but it was literally crawling with bugs … we kill three roaches before putting down our bags. Large spiders were in the window. We left them there hoping...

“The gym has several pieces of equipment that are broken, and the water dispenser has been out of service despite being reported multiple times with no action taken. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the bottom of the pool also needed cleaning. Overall, the property appears to be lacking in maintenance and upkeep. You get what you pay for.”

“Staff are really nice and smiling, the food was great! The hotel is also near the beautiful places we wanted to go to.”

“The toilet in my room did not work at all, when I let the girl at the front desk know(she was actually sitting in a sofa watching tv and playing on her phone in the lobby) that the toilet in my room did not work, she said “maintenance has left for the day, he will be back in the morning, but I will let management know” never said, let me put you in another room or anything. Then when I checked with the night shift staff, as I ended up leaving at 3am, the other girl had never even passed on that...

“Room had a sour smell and noticed the sheets and blanket on the bed had a sour smell, like they were left on the washing machine too long then placed in the dryer. They brought just sheets we had to change them ourselves and they didn’t even remove the sour sheets from our room. Not a pleasant stay this time will be finding another place to stay when I return.”

“Comfortable to stay”

“The place was wonderful, the staff is so warm and inviting. We were concerned with the travel to and from French Quarters, but the peace and tranquility we got when we got back to Elsa’s place made it more than worth it. This will be a place we will stay often”

“This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were roaches all over the hotel, mold in the bathroom, carpet was wet, no electricity throughout the room, except for the bathroom”
