“I had a wonderful time at Norfolk Waterside Marriot. I arrived early and thought I would see if I could check in a little early since it was my birthday. This absolutely wonderful front office supervisor Caroline Mann checked me in. Not only did she check me in a little early, she got me an upgrade on the room, corner room with two views of the waterside, and into the M lounge for my birthday. What a wonderful birthday gift.

“Our stay was amazing. We were able to check in early as I arrived at 11am and check in was not until 3 but once they found out we drove all night from Florida they checked to see if a room was ready and let us check in. Room was very spacious and being able to cook for my son in law was a huge plus! The best part was being able to do a fast super early am check out when we left.
We will definitely be back

“When I got there my air condition was broken and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Everything you could need is around it and you can’t get in at night unless you have a key card. Felt safe. ”
