“This property is overrated. The check in process is lengthy and cumbersome. There is a kindergarten right next to the property. Very noisy in the morning. There is no one on site to help me with the luggage. I had to break the luggage into pieces. It’s clean but not convenient. ”

“Most important fact to know about this place is that since there’s no employees on site, you’re pretty much stuck with your luggage until check in time. They say there’s luggage storage on the second floor, but it’s only 8 compartments; they’re first come, first serve. When we arrived, they were all in use so we had to wander around with our bags for almost 4 hours. Thankfully there’s a Mexican restaurant next door and a pizza place across the street. “My boyfriend & I stayed in the studio apartment w/king bed. The only negative thing is there was no blackout blinds, so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise. I reached out to customer service & they were very accommodating & moved us to the unit with a bedroom where the wall is blocking the windows. The rest of our stay was great. Very clean and felt safe in the building. ”

“What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room...

“Nice views from the rooftop, great amenities.”

“Property was in a great location, front desk staff were very helpful.The only downside was that the walls separating each room were paper thin - we could easily hear phone conversations going in the room next door, even late at night.Otherwise, it was a good deal for us.”

"Stanza gelida ho chiesto alla reception ma il riscaldamento non funzionava, ho chiesto più volte una stufetta ma soltanto la seconda sera mi e’ stata consegnata dopo ulteriori solleciti. La stanza non è stata pulita. Non vale il prezzo"

"Abbiamo soggiornato al Mayflower Hotel di Seattle per tre notti ed è stata un’esperienza semplicemente perfetta. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della città, e l'atmosfera dell'hotel è calda, elegante e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Francesco della reception, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. I suoi consigli su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come muoversi a Seattle si sono rivelati preziosissimi. Anche se parliamo inglese, è stato davvero un piacere trovare un italiano così gentile e disponibile alla reception: ci ha fatto sentire ancora più a casa. Non abbiamo dubbi: torneremo sicuramente al Mayflower Hotel per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Seattle! "
