“Hotel is in poor condition. Room dirty and had foul odor. Doors did not work properly in bathroom. Room keys did not work. Bed extremely uncomfortable and warped. although the staff was nice, the condition of this hotel is poor and doesn't look anything like the photos. ”

“We liked the set up of the room. The main reason for rating it 3 stars is the scent factor. When we entered the room, the scent was so strong that we left the door open for a bit to try and air the room out. I think it was probably the cleaning products but they left such an overpowering odor that we decided to head back out rather than relax in the room. Also, and this is on me for not doing my research, but there was no breakfast options. That is a hard way to start the day.”

“The staff was helpful and the linens are good quality. The tv reception wasn't great, and the remote did not work well at all. The sofa in our room was super low as was the toilet. The breakfast was mediocre but substantial.”

“Thr staff was friendly & helpful. The room was ok enough nothing fancy but did the job. The air conditioning worked but the shower had little pressure & was just warm. The property could use a little tlc. Theres no vending machine or stores super close if your not renting a car but there is a potbellys right across the parking lot.”

“Our stay here during the BTS concerts in Tampa has been a true delight! Very clean everywhere, a delicious and really complete breakfast, and a really nice pool area for a hotel this size. The best thing by far is the attentiveness and kindness of the staff! They have gone above and beyond to help and accommodate everyone, even set up cute and fun activities for us during our stay and provided shuttle services to the stadium for the fans staying at the hotel.
