Hotel a Quebrada Grande

“Do the nature tour and ride the bikes all around the property.”

“Extremely limited dining options. Lunch options were two Bars. breakfast was one option. I was told breakfast was included but it was not. did not find that out until I was checking out. Prices were remarkable for being very high. example breakfast for one adult and one chile was 55$ for the breakfast buffett.”

“Molto bene per una notte prima del volo. Decisamente da migliorare il wifi nelle camere. Colazione molto basica con poca scelta . Parcheggio libero. Stanze nuove e pulite. ”

“The staff from reception to housekeeping were amazing. Always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere was very relaxing and laid-back, which made the stay even better. Thank you for the great hospitality.”

“When we arrived, there was almost no water anywhere in the city of San Juan due to a large breakage in the pipeline. Certainly not the hotel’s fault. They trucked in water when they could get it to fill their cistern and provided free 16 ounce water bottles whenever we asked for them free of charge. Room service was hit or miss, sometimes OK sometimes not. We were there for five nights. Staff tried to be helpful. AC worked great. We didn’t try the hot tub. They said they will refund us half...

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...
