“Small hotel which is lovely for privacy and personable staff. Right on the beach with attendants at both the beach and the pool. Everything you need is right at the hotel or within walking distance. Surrounding area is okay with some spots for dinner and only a 20 minute drive to Old San Juan.”

“Our Villa was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were driven by golf cart to our room and bags were brought up to us. The entire stay was amazing. Very polite and respectful to all of us. Would highly recommend and would love to return. ”

“I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. I have stayed in busy and noisy hotels all over and have never had to resort to the earplugs that were left in the nightstand. The Google Map link sent to me wouldn’t work which created...

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“This hotel was absolutely gorgeous it exceeded all of my expectations me and my daughter had a wonderful vacation the staff was excellent everyone spoke perfect English the rooms were lovely the food at Tova was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves very much the pizza by the pool side was absolutely fabulous the drinks by Nicole and Gabriel were absolutely delicious Xavier the concierge was more than a joy to help assist with taxi cabs and anything I needed”

“So much to say: first off there was no indication from Expedia that this hotel was located on the 4th floor of a hospital! You have to pay for parking per hour. Our room had only 3 bath towels (we had a family of 5, with room accommodating up to 6 people). When the water wouldn’t get cold to fill our water bottles we went to the fountain and it was out of service. We went to the ice machine and it wasn’t working. Went to raise the blinks when we arrived and a big metal thing landed on my hand....
