Hotel a Queen City

“The place was not nice. There was no air conditioning running on first floor. The floor in lobby and by elevators were wet from the pool area. The room smelled stale and musty. The carpet in the room was dirty and sticky. The bathroom limited. The counter tops were covered in water. Only two towels. The refrigerator did not get cool. You could hear other rooms opening and closing their doors. Not a pleasant experience.”

“Upon arrival, very strong “cover up” smell in entire hotel. They must have air conditioning low or off as it was very humid and even room floor was damp. You could smell the musty smell everywhere. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut even as it had swollen. Our sinuses were very sore the next morning. Do not recommend if you have sensitivity to high mold or dampness. We’ve stayed before and hadn’t been like that before.”

“Parking was easy. Rooms are clean. Kind of skimpy on the amenities. But fir the price, you can't beat it. We would stay again.”

“Breakfast had a variety. Yogurt with toppings. Fresh fruit, muffins, breads, fresh waffles. Scrambled eggs and link sausage. Juice and coffee. Ice machine Snack machine BREAKFAST attendent helpful as well as night clerk went out of his way to help.”

“was initially assigned room 202, but the door would not open, so I was given room 203. After lying down, I moved the pillow and found a cockroach, exactly as shown in the attached geo-locatable photos. I immediately went downstairs to complain. I was asked if I wanted a refund, but I declined because it was late, my luggage was already unpacked, and I just wanted to sleep. Instead, I was offered 15 USD. I explained that this was not sufficient, but we could discuss it in the morning. The next...
