“We were given an upgraded room at check-in, and asked to pay a £10 charge for an extra cleaning charge for our dog. I was expecting this charge as Expedia don't give an option for paying for it when booking online. We dropped our bags in room and went out for a walk, on return we had a drink in the bar and went into restaurant for our evening meal which we both found uninspiring, especially the desserts. Returning to room I went to make ”

“Stanze grandi e ben attrezzate. Uniche pecche: mancava lo spazzolino per il water e la temperatura dell'acqua calda non si poteva alzare più di tanto. Ovviamente si tratta di un hotel autostradale, quindi non si può pretendere che la location sia particolarmente amena, però in generale la stanza era davvero molto meglio della media riscontrata in tutta la vacanza.”

"Una brutta esperienza, ho pagato in hotel il parcheggio, dopo una settimana al rientro in Italia, mi è arrivata la multa dalla società che gestisce il parcheggio tramite l’autonoleggio ma non sono mai riuscito ad avere la ricevuta di pagamento del parcheggio dall’hotel. Ho scritto più volte, sono andato in chat sul sito, ho chiamato l’hotel ho chiesto aiuto a Expedia ma nulla l’hotel non mi ha mai mandato la ricevuta. Risultato 100£ di multa e 30£ di spese da gestione.. veramente POCA SERIETÀ. Aggiungo In hotel manca l’ascensore ma questo è una ulteriore piccola nota negativa. "

"Al netto di qualche piccola pecca nella pulizia della stanza (letto e bagno erano okay, ma abbiamo trovato MM's sul pavimento...), la stanza era comoda e con vista sull'ingresso dell'autodromo, arredata in stile racing e piuttosto silenziosa. Siamo rimasti solo una notte di passaggio, per cui non abbiamo sfruttato Spa e altri servizi, ma tutto sommato, e considerando anche l'ottimo prezzo, un'esperienza che rifarei"
