“​This was the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Appleton. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean throughout. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds were incredibly cozy. ​We loved the complimentary hot breakfast—plenty of great choices for everyone.”

“Our room was spotless. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool or the breakfast. Parking was easy. It is near shopping and plenty of restaurants.”

“Only complaint was that the coffee offered in the lobby was cold and when I brought it to the desk clerk’s attention he seemed annoyed even though I told him it was not a big deal to me but thought he might want to know.”

“The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We were greeted immediately and I enjoyed chatting with them.”

“The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink.”

“The room was old and outdated. The water ran brown in the shower. It was way overpriced for what you actually get. It smelled bad. I would never stay there again.”

“Room was good for the price, staff was good, even with helping with an issue with Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good. My only issue was the overpowering sweet smell. Too much flowery room deodorizer or something to that effect. The staff advised me to keep the window open so I did.”

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“They were undergoing renovations at the Lobby so it was a little dusty. Our room was excellent and clean. I used the gym and the hot tub, washer and dryer. All 3 were clean and neat. The continental breakfast was great. The price and what was included was very reasonable. I'll be staying here in the future. This was my 2nd time staying here.”

“Very comfy beds”

“Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event.”

“Had a wonderful time my daughter's loved swimming. Enjoyed talking with not only the employees but the other guests. The employees were so helpful and personable wendy and Joyce or Janice were supper nice and went above and beyond. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious and fresh.”
