“We had a wonderful stay. My ONLY complaint was the night time desk woman was very rude, however the person I spoke to in the morning more than made for het rude coworker. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was well made and a decent selection. I greatly enjoyed having coffee available 24 hrs a day. We will definitely be back.”

“Glass window was cracked. No pillows on the bed. The toilet was loose where it connected to the floor.”

“I absolutely loved the room despite it being on the first floor and Katherine at the front desk was so sweet, helpful, and she knew you by name and asked how you were doing. The breakfast options were decent despite it being a Spark, the only thing I didn’t like was that my room didn’t have drawers at all to store clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase.”

“Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great...

“I always enjoy staying at a Homewood Suites. Upon my arrival, I was very kindly greeted by a gentleman working at the front desk. His energy was beautiful, and his conversation was kind and funny. All the staff were very friendly; whenever someone at the desk saw me, they greeted me. I also didn't have makeup removal wipes or any hand soaps in the room, so I replied to a text I received, asking me how the stay was. They let me know they don't put those things in the room anymore unless we ask...
