Hotel a Redland

“I probably should have given this a five star but I rarely do that except for off the charts amazing hotels etc. So a 4 from me is practically as good as a five from a practical perspective. Excellent place. Clean, modern, easy access and close to many things. Great staff, rooms modern and clean, ac was quiet etc. stayed one night and was affordable and ideal for it. Only small knock is they had no toilet paper holder. It was fine but that was a first! Other than all fine.”

“Property is very well maintained. Rooms are clean. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is not included. They have a counter where you can purchase things. They brew Starbucks coffee, but they can't make any of the cold drinks they advertise because they don't have ice at the counter. When you order from the counter, they give you a piece of paper with the total written on it. You have to walk that to the front desk and pay with a credit card. You cannot charge it to the room. The front desk writes paid...

“The room was clean and the pool is nice. The breakfast was kind of cold, the water in the shower took a long time to get hot, the toilet kept running so we had to keep taking the lid of the back off the toilet to fix it every time we flushed ”

“We've stayed here a few times over the years. A lot of construction going on in the area. Parking was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were a nice size and bedspretty comfortable.”

“I received a confirmation quoting a total price for room. When I left I noted they overcharged me a lot - more than quoted figured in my confirmation email.”

“The location to get to the sites is awesome, take it with a grain of sand. New York Avenue is still sketchy=graffiti on the adjacent building. The roof top bar/restaurant is very nice, great staff, food above average and then of course the prices. The hotel location is a very good value overall BUT 2 things I gotta warn folks about: Parking, only a few spaces at the hotel, I got the last one, They told me parking in the garage was $60, SURPRISE !!! Parking at the hotel was $45, something I would...

“The first night we had no air conditioning. My room was 85 degrees. They knew the AC was broken and they allowed people to stay in those rooms and pay top dollar for a miserable night sleep. I demanded to be moved and was so the stay the next night was good but it should not have happened that way. I am still working on getting the first night refunded from the hotel.”

“Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, pulita, buoni i servizi e ottima colazione inclusa. Avrei preferito la doccia senza vasca, ma può essere utile. Ottimo il cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani e che venga rifatta la stanza. Tutto ottimo, solo un po' rumorosa (credo per gli impianti esterni). ”

“La reception, la zona relax, l'area ristoro tutto molto bello, peccato che la nostra camera era MOLTO MOLTO piccola, non c'era posto nemmeno per aprire i bagagli. Il letto era da parete a parete, attaccato alla finestra, si faceva veramente fatica, per una buona sistemazione bisogna prenotare camere sopra i 200 Euro a notte. La posizione dell hotel è ottima da un lato, verso la parte nuova della città, dall'altro lato..direi di no. Eviterei.”
