Case in affitto a Regione della Costa Meridionale

“Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home, we really enjoyed the house! House had everything we needed and it was clean! Loved the extra bonus of having beach accessories ready for us to use! do think some beach chairs need cleaning or replacement, not big of a deal for us as we welcomed having them, it was a bonus! The walk to the beach was really nice and glad we can go anytime without it being crowded. Overall enjoyed the home and we do look forward to coming back next year!”

“Very very nice property. A total of 9 adults and 3 grandchildren we had more than ample room. All were happy with the house. Very well stocked kitchen. Very well stocked beach equipment and all in very good condition. Great location. Within walking minutes to beach and an assortment of stores and restaurants. Frank was such a pleasure to book with. Very responsive and accommodating.”

“A perfect place to relax after a day at Cape May Beach! The house was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive to all our inquiries.”

“Location is great and close to grocery store and other amenities. Super easy parking and short pretty drive to Wildwood. Spent all day out and crashed here successfully.”

“The communication with the host was awesome. She was always responsive and offered some great suggestions for activities and places to eat.I enjoyed our daily updates of sunset time, we certainly had some spectacular views”

“Is a good little place , best part was the back yard and the pool topped it off , just loved it we will return ”

“Only one block from the beach and very spacious! The host made communication easy and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Joe and Colleen were fantastic hosts. Very responsive in communicating with us. The property was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Property is very user friendly. First time to Cape May area and location is very short commute to all the attractions of Cape May area. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anybody playing a stay in the Cape May area. My family was there for Coast Guard graduation. Only 10-15 minute drive to USCG Training Center Cape May.”

“We really enjoyed this house with all its bonuses like the towels and sheets, the comfy sofa, being able to bring our dog, and the quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable! The only thing that was “unusual” was that the house was crooked. You could feel it in the kitchen and showers. I looked at it as a little whimsical! It added to the appeal! We really loved the house and all that surrounded it. Many towns, restaurants, nature centers, and wineries are very close. I would definitely...

“Incredibly pet friendly, location is PERFECTION. Deck view; incredible. This location is an UPSTAIRS unit- which was not mentioned anywhere I could find on the Vrbo ad. We did just fine with the stairs, but I did not realize there was an additional downstairs unit ( the add indicated entire home).Floors throughout the unit were pretty dirty-sticky upon arrival, hairy and dirty/sandy. Overall, we had a great trip-host was communicative!”

“The house was lovely, exactly like the photos on line. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and the quality was not spared. It was about 4 houses from the beach which was amazing, equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart (which was a game changer), and inflatable inner tubes, another game changer given the heatwave we had when there! Sadly it was too hot to enjoy the back patio, and though it had its own split AC unit, the sunroom was pretty warm until about 6pm....

“We received good communication leading up to arrival but then did not receive any response from the owner after checkin when pointing out some of the following items and asking for instructions about the garbage schedule. There was a broken towel rack in the bathroom, moldy shower curtain liner, comforter with a stain on it, old ratty towels, garbage all over the yard and spilling out of the outside garbage pails, and a broken table in the side yard. The couch in the living room was falling...

“Million dollar views! Best enjoyed late night or early morning. House had everything we needed for a few of 6. Highly recommend!”

“Super cute and clean home. The host was very responsive and provided an easy check in and check out!”

“I have stayed in many rental houses throughout the years, and this was by far the best experience I have had. The entire place was pristine and well appointed. Pool, fire pit, board games, everything you could want in a place was there. No detail was overlooked. The appliances were high end and anything you could want was provided. Glenn was very responsive and worked with us when we wanted to extend our stay. I will 100% return and have already recommended it to my family.”

“There’s no way to possibly give this stay zero stars and I’m not usually the kind of person to complain or speak negatively about businesses. Don’t do business with this location. Dawn literally took my money with no issues but didn’t send me a pin via text. I had driven to Cape May from Massachusetts just to be stranded with no cottage. There is no one to tend to phone calls or texts after 5 pm. My partner and I were forced to seek another place to stay at the last minute. I called Dawn the...

“What a great place to stay especially with dogs. Friends and family enjoyed the yard which was fronted by beautiful gardens! The kids found toys to play with from 2 y/o to 17y/o. Everything worked great. Little extra hospitality Items made it feel like a five star hotel and the location was PERFECT!! Definitely coming back!”
