“Wonderful stay”

“The room was spacious with comfy bed , large TV, nice bath products, and good A/C. The bathroom had a big shower and was clean. I could walk to stores and restaurant at nearby mall and felt safe in the area. Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold choices.”

“Breakfast was great. The door to our room was open when we got there, so we put some of our stuff in there and when we came back and tried using the cards to get in, they didn’t work. I went to get new cards and when I got back, I realized he put us in a new room. I tried calling downstairs for almost 10 minutes but it was busy. I have an injured leg, and the desk and our room were at total opposite ends. So I had to walk all the way back again and found a housekeeper part of the way. I started...

“Ac is a simple window unit and struggles to cool a large room. With the size of the unit it runs nonstop and makes the room louder than normal.”

“The website made it look much nicer than it actually was. Upon entering the room, it smelled like the floor was mopped with a dirty mop, and for two days, we had to smell that stench. We wanted to leave after one night but since it was the weekend, we were not allowed to without being charged, because we had to stay a minimum of 2 nights. There was very little space to sit in front of the river, as it appeared on their website, and overall it was just disappointing and way overpriced.”
