“Clean Hotel with big rooms and full kitchen, safe area just 20 min top downtown Austin, 20 minutes from round rock and 15 min from Hills area . Fuel Shell station 24h in front of the hotel, with Burger King and a pub just 2 minutes walking. The area seemed safe to me even if the Fuel station in the night let you use only a window with bulletproof glass, maybe for previous armed robbery, who knows, but if they are proactive maybe the danger is real, Austin is safe but is always Texas with guns...

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“I had a great stay at Sonesta during my weeklong business trip. The staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating. I arrived a bit early for check-in and the front desk manager was kind enough to accommodate me and made sure my room was ready! I really appreciated that gesture! I also liked that the room was spacious. Pillows were soft, mattress not bad for a good night rest. “It doesn't look great looking from the outside but everything in the room is just clean and neat. The frontdesk staff is also very helpful and efficient.
