“Wonderful stay after a day at Farmer Copleys (which is literally a minute away by car). We stayed in one of the bungalows which was brilliant, very clean and lovely little balcony which we would have sat out on but the weather was a little bit rainy. Room was quite warm with lovely underfloor heating, I struggled slightly as I like to sleep in a room that feels like the arctic but they provide a big fan that was perfect. Breakfast was a full English with a choice of how your like your eggs and...

“Exceeded expectations. The staff team were really friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and great coffee. We ate breakfast and dinner and had great food.we also atexat the bistro opposite which was great. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Good price for booking one day in advance. I would I stay here again? Probably not. Good for one night stop off heading North, but I can’t see it being an ideal location for a short break. ”

“Nice rooms. Bathroom too small for me unfortunately. Pub looks a bit tired and could do with a makeover. Steps to rooms are metal fire escape outside at the back but treads not deep enough so be careful walking down them. Good atmosphere.”
