Hotel a Rice

“The sausage for breakfast were barely warm at 6:15 am. Variety of foods and 2 types of juices, plus cream, coffee, hot chocolate and water to drink. Trays provided.”

“The lobby had a cool, retro vibe, but the room was just tired. Only one lamp beside the bed & no outlet on the other side of the bed. In fact, it was hard to find a place to recharge everything we wanted to. The bed definitely sagged in the middle, the upholstery on the desk chair was totally shredded, & the bath was very tight. Stale odor in the room & hallway smelled strongly of cleaning product. ”

“Staff was unbothered , seemed annoyed we were there . Rooms were dirty , bedding was unwashed . Tub was moldy , towel rack was broken off . People were drinking right outside of our window , we asked to be moved we had just gotten there , and they refused . I would absolutely not stay there again . We were traveling and decided to stay last minute , would not recommend.”

“Upon checking in, I was told there was an additional $50 fee as a Justin case damages, but it was gonna be refunded the day I checked out I checked into the room it smelled like mold and mildew, to the front desk about changing the rooms and I was told there was nothing available, and all they gave me was a spray, dresser drawers wer we’re pulled open when I walked in.
