“Everything thing was excellent!”

“Stayed in a pet friendly room. The entire hallway smelled terrible but our room was another level of horrid. The floors were upon arrival were so dirty that our sock turned black. The walls and baseboards were covered in spray marks, dirt, and dust. Before I checked out, I pulled the sheets off for housekeeping and noted fresh looking pee stains (that my animals did not do) to the mattress covers and one had dirt marks all over it. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. There was a pool...

“Check in was simple. Room was very small (that's ok) Had a K cup coffee maker with no k cups or or drinking cups. No ice machine or ice bucket, the guys at the creamery gave us cups of ice. Hair dryer was falling off the wall and sounded like it was going to catch on fire. Toilet ran non stop. Shower curtain to short and all the water goes onto the floor. Only 2 towels. AC worked good and TV was nice. It has the potential to be a really nice place.”

“There was a cockroach on the floor. There was no iron to iron the clothes. They told us we could check in early but when we got to the property they said we couldn’t. And because we had just came from a 9hr road trip it inconvenience us. I will never book again!”

“The main lobby looked nice and comfortable and was met with a lovely receptionist, however after going through several rooms with issues or animal urine Oder, broken bed, a dead door, flicking bathroom lights, and the strong abundant Oder or mildew in each room outside of the one that smelled like pet Oder the stay was terrible, the bath tub was also poorly kept to a of soap scum build up and rust coming through so a shower was out of the questions! We cut it short and left the receptionist that...

“The room wasn’t cleaned except for the first day and even on that day, instead of giving new towels they just hung up the dirty towels as if they were putting up new ones. There were smalls stains on the sheets. The toilet had stains on the rim that were questionable. The breakfast options were very limited.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was clean, easy to access, and well‑kept throughout the property. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help, which made our visit even better. We would absolutely stay again the next time we’re in Kentucky.”

“Breakfast was bleak to say the least. No sugar free options and no protein at all. So if you enjoy the convenience and value of a free continental breakfast, this is not your place”

“Unfortunately, I'm not good at remembering names but the lady that checked us in and was there all three nights was so very helpful and accommodating. They are going thru major renovations. The only complaint was the breakfast bar was lacking in selections. >”
