“Opened the refrigerator and it was full of food from previous guests.”

“We really enjoyed our week stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and it was quiet. We really enjoyed the pool area. It was a convenient location. Breakfast was simple, but all we needed. There is a gas station with a food court very nearby that also has good food. We will return.”

“We were not impressed with the stay and the staff was not friendly and the room could have been better. The bathroom fan sounded liked it was broken. Also the handle on the shower seemed like it could have broke.”

“We spent only one night at Ruby. Wanted to extend our stay but weren’t able to because of plans the next day. I will be returning to Madison next week and will def stay again. Staff is exceptional. Ambience of the hotel is so warming, inviting and relaxing. We felt as though we stepped back in time for the evening. Very clean, extremely clean. “Clean, in a great location, nice room. My only complaint is- I don’t know what’s on the floor above room 111, if it’s apartments or more rooms or what have you.. but there was so much noise upstairs, and at late hours. It sounded like someone was playing basketball with bowling balls. We had a baby and it woke her up. I do understand that noise is expected when sharing a space but man, it seemed excessive.”

“The room was very clean, great variety for breakfast, lady at the desk was very efficient. A little issue with parking only because work crews had their trucks and equipment there and they took up a lot of the parking spots. Would be very nice if they could lower the price.”

“Free Breakfast with waffle makers. So cool. Allows dogs and has alot of space outside for walks.”

“I had stayed here years ago when there were other owners. It was outdated and shabby. ”

“Staff were not very informative. Handed us the room key and we navigated our way on our own. First impression, garbage was more than overflowing right at the receptionists desk. Our room's sink was cracked, be careful where one walks on the carpet in the halls, some is torn or rippled, broken telephone key pad on phone in the room. ”
