“I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and have always had okay experiences. Unfortunately, due to my most recent experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again in the future. I was originally put in a room where the ceiling above the shower was leaking a significant amount when I went to take a shower. I was told by the staff member working that it only leaks when the shower is running. I requested a different room and they did not have one available that night, but said that...
