“Fridge dripped water, had to unplug it, mold in the freezer portion. Dirty microwave. Staff was friendly.”

“The room smelt like dogs. They had an air fresher plugged in which made it smell like a flowered dog. ”

“The hotel accommodates pets which was very nice since we were traveling with our puppy. The staff went beyond hospitality, when we couldn’t get our television to work she came to the room to get it working. The property does need some upgrades, but overall with new management I see things moving forward. Will be staying again when traveling to Eastman.”

“For it to be such a new hotel in Fitzgerald. It did not meet my expectations. The air conditioner at the wall have mold all going around it. The parking lot looks like it's 25 years old and needs to be paid. The rooms look like they're not well kept. There's more observed but there's only so much I can say.”

From the moment we walked after a long day at the ball parks, we were greeted first, not by a team member but the pleasant smell of a clean aroma that wafted through the automatic doors. The staff was equally welcoming and the rooms were very clean. In the morning, the lady that was facilitating the breakfast was very kind and greeted all guests, ensuring that everyone had what ever they needed. This is definitely worth the stay if you are in the area. ”

“They welcomed pets. I thought it would be a nice place according to the pictures. But upon arrival, the desk person asked if we wanted to upgrade to a newer room. Ours must not have been remodeled because it was old and dirty. ”
