““Perfectly Located for Layovers and Airport Connections” Extremely convenient location if you need to spend a night in the city before a connecting flight. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A great bonus: you can call them and they’ll pick you up or drop you off at the airport.”

“Convenient location to University of Rochester”

“Room was not fully clean , other guests garbage was left in the garbage bins , hairs on bedding , a lot of dust. Breakfast was horrible, 1 type of begal ( raisin) breakfast was suppose to be until 9am they ran out of a lot of items at 8am and never bothered to restock even after I asked for some items. Pool was good but pool towels were the size of a hand cloth , recommend bring your own. A lot of noise from other guests through the night , although this is completely random”

“Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Clean and comfortable. There were two things only that I have to comment: First night was very loud at the room next to us, people were yelling and making loud noise from midnight till 3:00am. Then around 6:00am we could smell what the kitchen was cooking, bacon, eggs etc! I do not know if it was because we were in the first floor and closed to the restaurant but the smell was so intense that at that woke us up ! ”

“This property is clean and the staff is wonderful but we stayed 2 nights and the smell of pot that we had to smell was disgustingly bad. We complained to the front desk and he said we have a no smoking policy. I said go to the 3rd floor and smell what we have to deal with. You really need to get a handle of this.”

“I understand that it was a busy weekend in the Rochester area due to graduations, so the high prices were expected. Still paying a high rate when the pool was out of service was disappointing. I had one member of our party that just wanted to swim on their birthday and that didn't happen. From other reviews it appears the pool has been out of service for months. It needs to be removed as an amenity - it is no longer one!”

“Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. Hotel just needs to be more...
