“The staff are so wonderful, kind, and attentive. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. The rooms however have gone down in quality since I stayed here 3 years ago. The bed was fine, comfortable enough and clean. However the bathroom looks like it was remodeled by a sloppy teenager. “Breakfast was 👎. Noise was 👎. Room was not sealed and was dirty. The door has been kicked in so it wouldn't latch to lock, or open from the hallway. Dirty carpet and walls. The mattress on the fold out sofa was absolutely disgusting. Stained, dirty, brown and yellow, and stunk. Looks like it's never been cleaned since the 60s. It was mortifying. Do not stay in room 234.”

“We like staying here, convenient to Orem and Provo. We are older but they put us in a handicap room which we didn't need and did not request. An emergency light went off in the middle of the night. The shower was different and not real practical for us. the cleaning staff did a very good job. Overall the stay was very good, just did not appreciate the being put in a special room we did not want nor need.”

“I've stayed here many times on my way to Three forks It's a beautiful hotel and a great location with plenty of amenities around. Property itself is clean while taking care of and managed The only advice I would have for them is the smell that comes out either from I think them not cleaning the AC filters and the rooms or the carpet. I believe that carpet should not even be in hotel rooms honestly there's too much traffic there..”

“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile.
L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...
