We usually book a hotel on our way to Panama City and I don't think I would book a hotel anywhere else. I will definitely be a returning customer. The bedding was clean. The air conditioner was great. I can't say enough good things about staying here.”

We put it on the sidewalk, and no one bothered it and Stephanie put a note on our car with a cute little drawing of the plant so we wouldn't forget to take it with us.”

“I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times every time was good until now. This time was horrible. Wasted a lot of money because they would not refund and we didn’t even stay, found somewhere else. I had 2 rooms, out of the first 2 rooms both rooms had stains on the bedding and cigarette burn holes in the sheets, the sink was constantly running in one room, the bath tub was running in the other which was hot water and the bathroom was humid the tub was moldy from the constant running hot water, the...

“We had an excellent one night stay. Casini, the GM has done a wonderful job with this property and staff. The wonderful lady overseeing the front desk was cheerful and helpful upon check-in. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughters loved swimming in the pool and the automatic pancake maker At breakfast. “The room is advertised as having continental breakfast included. When we checked in, the lobby was closed and we had to check in through almost a teller window. At this time, we were informed they no longer did breakfast and it was suppose to be removed from their listings (pictures still showed breakfast too). When we checked in, the towels were still being washed; however we were brought warm towels as soon as they were done. Our kids feet turned black/gray from running around the room...

“We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....
