“Was a very experience, hotel was modern and nice. Staff very welcoming and gently. Roomy nice and quiet. Very good experience also at the restaurant for dinner. Shuttle always half an hour, fast and reliable. You can't ask more if you need to stay close to the airport. ”

“After a long haul journey and arriving from overseas at 2am, we were grateful for the free airport shuttle bus and 24 hour check in at Airport Gateway Hotel. The staff were very kind and accommodating and we were able to arrange for a late check out, the night before, due to our jet lag.They kindly gave us extra coffee and milk, upon request. It was nice to be able to get filtered, chilled or bottled water at reception from the dispenser and reception. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.”

“Such a wonderful stay. All staff were so friendly at all times. Nothing was a problem for any staff member. You could have forgiven them for being all focussed on the All Backs staying there but this was not the case at all. We had the best room service ever experienced in any hotel. Speedy service with hot wonderfully tasting food.”
